board meeting

I am going to a board meeting in febuary with principal and other members of the board. I was invited to have my say and what i think about the papers. I will be sitting beside Alan sherry the assistant principal and i will be talking to him about if i dont understand anything which is said at the meeting.

class reps role

as well as me being the president the class reps have also got an importnant role. They have to come to meetings and bring things up what there class has to say. During the meetings they will have to take notes down and tell there class what things have been brought up at the meeting and if i done the things they needed or not.

Next week i am going to have a meeting with the students assocaition and the class representives to discuss what other things we can do to help the students and to make the college more enjoyable for them. Also we will also discuss with the class reps if anyone in their class has got anything to raise up with me if it is a problem or just something in general.
